FOSCI reaches out to community youth through their Teens On Trac Program, a 12-week growth, development and leadership training program.  This program is designed to educate youth between the ages of 13 through 18 years old.  The program’s focus is on teens that have been exposed to violent crimes directly impacting their lives in the areas of decision making, health, education, finances and relationships. The program will help to facilitate peer-to-peer communications, advocacy against teen violence, accepting personal responsibility, creating and developing a life plan, resolving conflict and committing to goals and dreams.
