
Evangelist Johnnie Ruth Taylor is the pastor of The House of Prayer, Seeds & Clouds of Glory Children's Ministry and The Mighty Women of Zion's Ministry. Born in Jacksonville, Florida. Evangelist Ruth previously resided in San Jose, California "Silicone Valley" for 42 years. At the early age of eight years old, Our Lord Jesus spoke to her audibly, calling her and preparing her for the ministry. Evangelist Ruth has been ministering for Christ Jesus 45+ years. Upon moving back to Jacksonville, Florida The House of Prayer Intercessory Ministry and the Mighty Women of Zion's Ministry vision was born to pray for the nations. Through her evangelical travel, Evangelist Ruth has been more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus that strengthened her. Evangelist Ruth ministered as God sent her out to evangelize and witness the fruit of HIS labor from the ministry he entrusted her with for the nations. Evangelist Ruth has lived abroad in Jerusalem at the House of Prayer on Mt. of Olive and ministered to the Asian community out of Hong Kong. By the word Evangelist Ruth has inspired and taught pastors in Southern California Chinese Congregations. Evangelist Taylor has been anointed to move by the power of the Holy Spirit in the gifts of preaching, teaching, words by inspiration, and intercessory prayer. ALL the Glory and honor belongs to the Lord on high.






Dr. Mark C. McGuire, Sr. is a native of Dayton, Ohio, and the Founder, Board of Directors President, and the Bishop of The Potter's House-Dayton International Ministries (TPHDIM) (https://www.pottershouse-dayton.org/). He is the Presiding Bishop of the One Love Fellowship, overseeing ministries in the US and Africa. He is also currently the Director of Discipleship, Outreach, and Evangelism (DOE) of The Potter’s House International Ministries, of Jacksonville, Florida, (TPHIM) (https://tphim.org/); as well as the Ministry Compliance Coordinator, and charter president for the Cub Scouts pack 633. Dr. McGuire served as the Executive Director for Cure Violence Jacksonville leading both the Westside MVP Team (https://westsidemvpteam.org/), and the Northside MVP Team through the TPHCDEC. He served as the Coordinator, for the collaboration of Bethune-Cookman University Center for Law and Social Justice and the Jacksonville Sheriff Office, for the Community Safety & Engagement Action Plan. He is the Founder/Executive Director and CEO of The CARES (https://caresjustice.org/#03c7fcee-19dc-4524-8086-07c808c08059) Justice Institute, Inc., with offices in both Dayton, Ohio and Jacksonville, FL. Dr. McGuire also serves as a Contractor for The Families of Slain Children, Inc. (FOSCI), in the capacity of Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Board Member. Dr. McGuire was selected for Leadership Dayton and The Top Ten African American Males in 2018 and received the Community Service award from the True SCLC in Jacksonville, Florida in 2026. Dr. McGuire has several certifications, including COPE and as a National Gang Specialists. He sits on many Boards and Task Forces nationally, including NW JAX Younglife, WSCO, and the African-American Advisory Council for the Mayo Clinic ADRC; and has 20 years experience as a CARF Corporate Compliance Officer. He is an honored and devoted husband to Lady Dr. Angela D. McGuire, and a loving father of two 2 Sons, Mark Cameron Jr. and MC Sterling, a grandfather, and has through his 7th year of marriage, 3 Bonus Children and 4 Bonus grandchildren. He is most grateful for his redemption in Christ and is blessed to serve his community.
