Our Wall of Compassion is growing everyday. FOSCI shares that burden with many families facing the impacts of homicide.
The tasks of grieving include helping the Homicide Survivor face the fact that their loved one is really gone. However, no matter how the pain of the loss is held back or “put aside”, the mourner must experience these feelings or they may carry the pain of the loss for the rest of their lives. With the proper grief and trauma counseling, Survivors will not forget their loved one, but eventually will realize that their lives can and do go on. Please donate to this cause.
